Hi I’m Laura Saavedra, a Mind-Body-Nutrition and Eating Psychology coach on a mission to empower women over 40 feel good inside and out. My journey to overcoming stress burnout inspired me to create Fit & Balanced, a unique online coaching programme that blends psychology and nutrition to help women like you boost their physical and emotional health. As a mum, corporate professional and entrepreneur, I deeply understand the struggles women face and I am committed to guiding you through a transformative journey that will balance your food, body and mind in a way that no traditional fitness programme has done before.
