Health and Fitness Education
Fit & Balanced provides specialised Mind-Body-Nutrition coaching and education focusing on the 3 key pillars of health: Food, Body and Mind.
The programme covers: weight loss, energy, nutrition, eating habits, hormones, metabolism, meal balancing, movement, digestion, sugar cravings, overeating, emotional eating, stress management, burnout, relaxation, emotional regulation and self-compassion.
Mindset and Nutrition work
The mindset work uses positive psychology and personalised assignments to explore your inner world. I will help you identify the behaviours, stressors and limiting beliefs that are stopping you from achieving your goals.
The nutrition work includes understanding of your eating habits and developing strategies to balance your meals. You will learn about food and design your own meal plans to transform your eating habits in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable for you.
