Meet Laura
Hi I'm Laura Saavedra, Mind-Body-Nutrition and Eating Psychology coach, and founder of Fit & Balanced. I believe living a balanced life is essential. I learned this the hard way after experiencing a stress burnout 5 years ago.

I've experienced the extremes - from not looking after myself to becoming obsessed with diets and exercise. As a mum, corporate professional and entrepreneur, my story is a testament that IT IS POSSIBLE to create a healthy and balanced lifestyle without diets, stress and overwhelm.

It's now my mission to inspire other women to look after themselves, feel good and find balance in life.
