"Until I reached my 30’s I never had any issues to maintain my weight, however, during my 30’s, it became more difficult. Working with Laura has been super interesting in learning what a healthy meal looks like, which foods increase the sugar levels, which foods make ME feel bloated, which foods will make me feel full for longer - note the “me”, because with Laura there was never a one rule fits all approach, but more an accompanying approach were we tried different things and saw what worked an what did not.
